Will this also work with the Windows Store verson? So far there is just a steam trainer. Do i need to wait until the Windows Store version has been created in order for the bypass to work?

The bypass works for both but you won’t be able to use this trainer with it.

Ya just for campaign singleplayer. Not for online/ multiplayer

How do i play horde offline?
The only playable offline modes are versus and campaign.

how do i link the game with WeMod, i can’t find the installation location and shortcut drag and drop doesn’t work. (Windows Store Version)…

You will need to wait for the windows store version to be finalized before you can use WeMod with it.

Trainer doesn’t require the bypass anymore, Simply launch the game from the app and it should do all the work .

The game must be completely closed for the trainer to launch and work, If you try to activate trainer while game is open it will not work.

@MrAntiFun I’m also having the same issue as above (game won’t start).

Wemod is updated to latest version (6.2.6)

Wemod found Gears5 with no issue and the play button is available

If Steam is already running
When clicking (PLAY) the normal starting animation begins. A Steam popup appears with “Preparing to launch Gears 5…”

If Steam is not already running
When clicking (PLAY) the normal starting animation begins.
A Steam popup appears with “Connecting account bob”
then
A Steam popup appears with “Preparing to launch Gears 5…”

Result
Trying both ways above, it appears Steam attempts to start Gears5 (specifically Gears5_EAC) but there’s never a splash screen or any visual indication the Game is actually trying to start. I traced startup with procmon.

Ya mine acted crazy too. I just quite and tried like 3 times finally Mine played
Make sure game is closed and push play couple different times game is kinda finicky

An improved launch method has been pushed to the beta channel of the app. To switch to it, open app settings and change “Release Channel” to “Beta”, then wait for the prompt to restart the app.
