The error log you have provided is for Discord, not WeMod:

Make sure you are downloading WeMod from the one and only legitimate source: https://www.wemod.com/.

When installing WeMod, make sure that you haven’t somehow selected Discord’s folder on your PC as the WeMod install location, let WeMod install in its default location that it automatically chooses when the installation process is happening, if possible.

Other than that, installation errors are usually caused by interference from security programs, amongst other things. See and follow the full troubleshooting post here: I can’t Install WeMod / "There was a error installing the application" - #2 by Ravenfyre.
