the admins try to correct everyone every single time, but that way doesn’t work any more. To get the mods to work, you need to launch the game through steam, get to lobby, run the bypass, and then open and activate wemod. If you open the bypass before launching the game, it will simply not load.

There isn’t much that can be done. The bypass directly interacts with another program which is a pretty big nono for most antiviruses.
I see but its funny how the threat score went from 15 to 35? thats a big jump
The bypass hasn’t changed since it was posted in 2023 so I’m not sure what to tell you. No matter what MAF does it will always be flagged.

I tried the steps in the order you outlined and WeMod just hangs. The bypass also just starts and instantly crashes or quits. And yes, my anti-virus is turned off and bypass.exe was even added as an exclusion.
Yes. When you launch the bypass, it should instantly close. After this, you open WeMod, select Phasmophobia, and press play. check by enabling sprint in the lobby and goin for a jog.

I dont know if its recomended using this trainer even on single player the mods and some devs in the discord server are saying that using any mod/trainer/cheat is bannable even on singleplayer

yeah I saw a bunch of people asking them and they said once detected you would be permenantly banned from singleplayer and multiplayer by just using Wemod or any trainer/cheat even on singleplayer
I’ve literally never run the bypass like that and I don’t think that’s how the wemod devs want you to.
- Open Wemod
- Run the Bypass.exe that should be in your steamapps\common\Phasmophobia folder.
- Run the game, either by clicking on it in Wemod or by clicking on it in Steam.
3.5 If you ran through Steam, when it loads up into the lobby, click to Play in Wemod. - Load up a map and use the cheats you want.
- Profit.
When I’m finished with the game, I always move the Bypass.exe into another folder in Phasmophobia. steamapps\common\Phasmophobia\Bypass or something, just because you never know if they search for the file or whatever.
Never had an issue playing online, but I would never consider using it in a public setting. Just amongst friends on a private match.

This is the intended order. The bypass does not need to be in the game’s folder to work.

The cheat is broken, for example, the willow always appears in the right hallway or in the basement hallway. Apart from that, it always repeats the same cycle of ghosts. The ones that repeat themselves the most are twins and jinns. I’ve played maybe 50 games with the cheat and It doesn’t come out of the ghost loop, I mean, it takes me without touching a demon, a polter, a reverant for a long time, that’s how it happens on all the maps.
Can’t get it to work. I downloaded the bypass and put the exe file in the phasmophobia folder. I ran the bypass, and it and the black command prompt window just sits there with the cursor blinking, and doesn’t close down. (Tried this as admin too)
Then I go to wemod and launch the game, and the game never launches, even though it says “Playing”, and again, the bypass window doesn’t go away.
Did you have the game running before hitting “play” on wemod?
You should always run the game first, then “play” on the trainer.
NEVER launch the game from the trainer, as it launches (in any game) either the launcher or the version without a bypass.
If you would of looked three days ago, the specific instructions are there.
1: Open Wemod
2: Run Bypass
3: Run Game
4: Once in game hit “Play” on Wemod
